For the Dulce de Leche

  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk (you will only use 1/3 cup of it!)
  • pinch of salt

For The Cheesecake Swirl

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For The Brownies

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs plus 1 yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
