I actually had leftover frosting in the fridge from a prior cake I made and knew it would be a perfect pairing with this funfetti cake. I baked it in a 9×9 because that’s the pan I have a lid for. For a taller cake, use a 8×8. But again, we were going for quick and delicious. This cake hit the spot for the family. Thanks for the delicious recipe!
