Hi Jessica! I’v actually never tried splitting the batter in half so I’m not positive what the bake time would be! I would guess about 18 minutes, but I would keep an eye on it after 15!

I was worried about how the batter looked before baking, but it all turned out. I brought it over for dinner at a friends house and between the five of us, we polished it off in one night! Everyone had seconds. The only thing I would do differently would be to double the strawberry quantity and let it sit a little longer so there’s more juice.
