Hi Carolyn! You can go down on the salt to 1/4 teaspoon if you’re using roasted salted pistachios!

Hi Laelih! That will be such a hit with the bake club! You can double the recipe and make it in a 9 x 13-inch pan! I haven’t personally tried it but I think they bake time should be 35 – 40 minutes! I’d just keep an eye on it after the 30 minute mark to make sure it doesn’t overbake!
