  • 12 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

for the cheesecake

  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 vanilla beans, seeds scraped from pods
  • zest from 1/4 of a lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh figs, some sliced in half
  • 1/4 cups pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
