In reply to Debbie. Hi Debbie! Yes absolutely! You can freeze the baked and cooled cookies for up to 3 months. When you're ready to frost, pop them out of the freezer and let them fully defrost before frosting!

Hi, I’m looking forward to trying this recipe but I wanted to make them ahead of time so I was wondering if this sugar cookie recipe can be made and cut and baked ahead of time and put in the freezer for a week or so and before frosting?

These were amazing, LITERALLY the PERFECT sugar cookie. Made them with my kids and they were a big hit, will for sure go into our regular baking rotation – Broma Bakery does it again and nails it
