Perfect balance of fluffy, crispy (on the edges) and sweet, and the jam pulled it all together. We put a bit less butter in the crumble based on other reviews, and made our own blueberry jam (ensuring it wasn’t too watery). Everyone in my family loved it. Overall in my top 5 cookies of all time!!
