I have never actually tried a “gingerbread” cookie. I came across this recipe on Pinterest and immediately wanted to try to make it. I usually do not have any luck when following a cookie recipe. I gave this a recipe a try and they came out perfectly. My cookie batter was just a little too soft, so I just popped the dough in the freezer to allow me to scoop them out without being too sticky. They are amazing and I can’t believe I have never had one of these until now. My 2 yr old loved eating them as well. Definitely a keeper for me. Thank you!
