I’ve made it a dozen times and it never disappoints. Trust the bake time because the cookies will look a little under baked once removed from oven. Sometimes I press large bittersweet chocolate chips on top of the cookies before I bake. And I cannot stress how addictive the brown butter aroma is. Must try!

Hi Annelise! So happy to hear you and enjoyed these! Yes–you can absolutely freeze these. Make them as directed and let them cool completely before freezing in a freezer safe plastic bag or container for up to 3 months!
