Hi Karisa! Yes it will! I haven’t made these as jumbo muffins so I’m not sure what the actual bake time will be, but I’d recommend starting with 5 minutes at the higher temp and then go down to the lower temp for 20-25 minutes!

I doubled the recipe and made the large bakery style jumbo muffins. I didn’t have yogurt or dairy milk on hand, so I used sour cream and almond milk. I did 325 for 7 minutes and then extended at 350 for 28 minutes. These taste better than what you get at the bakery.

LOVE a mini muffin. I haven’t actually tried that with this recipe but I would reduce the temperature to 375°F the whole time and I would guess they’ll take about 12 minutes!

I just made a batch to take to Sunday school tomorrow. I had to taste test one before taking them in and WOW! So tender and just the right amount of sweetness. The tartness of the blueberry is perfectly balanced. I have tried many blueberry muffins recipes and this will be my one and only now. Thank you for sharing.

Excellent recipe and this is my third time making them. I like to use a large size muffin pan. Made 7 muffins. Next time, I’ll just fill the six a little more so I can bake just one batch. This time I drizzled a vanilla glaze which everyone liked. I also added lemon zest as others have mentioned. Love blueberry and lemon!

I subbed sour cream and used almond milk (sorry didn’t want to run to the store), and the muffins turned out light and moist but with a satisfying crunchy top!
