Hi Asmita! You could try it but it would change the texture of the cookies a lot!

Thinking 45g milk + 45g yogurt to roughly equal the egg + egg yolk (by weight; but also hopefully by purpose i.e. moisture and protein for binding the dough)

I found that this recipe is really easy to freeze and bake directly from frozen. 16 minutes at 350 and they were perfection!!

Literally such a game changer. I’ve never made better homemade cookies IN. MY. LIFE. My besties and husband have been drooling over these since! I’ll never use another chocolate chip recipe EVER. AGAIN!!!

Hi Gela! These will bake up differently in air fryer, but if it’s all you have access to you can probably make it work! I would do 350°F and try with one cookie to see how long it needs to figure out the bake time!

And if yes, please what temperature and time should I be doing it? Please, I really wanna try to make your cookie recipe. It really looks delicious! Thank you!☺️

Hi Jamie! You can scoop the dough whenever works for you! I tend to find that if you scoop them right after you make the dough they don’t keep their shape as well because the flour hasn’t fully absorbed into the butter!

The recipe indicates chilling the dough in the bowl. Does it affect the quality of the cookie if you scoop and then chill? It’s obviously easier to do right away so just curious!
