Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until homogenous. Add the eggs, honey, and vanilla extract and whisk until combined, about 1 minute.
4. Stir in the dry ingredients until no clumps of flour or cocoa remain. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean. Allow the brownies to cool.
5. While the brownies cool, make your ganache. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips, whisking constantly to make sure they do not burn. Slowly pour in the cream, whisking constantly until smooth and combined. Pour over the cooled brownies and let set for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate candies and enjoy!
