Made this cake last weekend and it was delicious. Baked very well and nicely at 50 minutes. The taste was more cinnamon than apple, but still pleasant. Followed the recipe exactly and achieved great results. Cake/bread had a fine crumb but not dry, moist and held it’s shape very nicely. Would definitely make again. Thanks
