I baked them at 350 for 22 minutes and when my blondies cooled they suck in the middle. I did the fork test and it came away clean but, the center pieces look very “wet” , they still hold shape though.
Tastes delicious!!

Hi Ashley! You actually don’t dry the pumpkin in the oven–you just squeeze out the excess moisture using a paper towel!

Hi Kate! We like to do it on a paper towel. We measure the pumpkin out onto a double layer of paper towel and then wrap the pumpkin up in the paper towel and squeeze out any excess moisture over the sink!

Hi Kirsten! We use two pieces of parchment that go all over the bottom and then come up the sides of the pan! We’ll make a video and share it on Instagram this week 🙂 You just measure the pumpkin out onto a paper towel and squeeze out any excess liquid!

Parchment on all sides? What about the bottom? Also how do you DRY the pumpkin? This step sounds important. I’ve never heard of it, nor can think how to go about it…more guidance please!!
