Not overly sweet and the most delightful chewy texture. 10/10 recommend. I can’t wait to try making them myself!

I saw the TikTok and knew I had to give them a try. 10/10. Such a fun twist on two of my favorite sweet treats (cookies and apple crisp!). Great new recipe to add to my collection to use up apples from our apple tree!

Hi Olivia! Sometimes gluten free flour can bake up differently than regular flour. What brand did you use? It’s also possible you slightly overmeasured the gluten free flour! Did your dough feel dry before you baked it?
