  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (about half a 14 ounce can)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
