I had a little peach issue this summer and could not stop eating them, cooking with them, baking with them. Muffins, scones, pies, cakes. These were my favorite. The combo of cooked and fresh peaches really did it! I swapped almond extract for vanilla but did everything else according to the recipe! thank you!
