It’s a quart of strawberries! If you only have a pint on hand you could subsidize with more rhubarb–the bars will just be tarter and not as pink!

I loved the orange zest in the crumble. I couldn’t find fresh rhubarb so I used frozen and it still worked out great. I probably would go back and add a little more corn starch to account for the ice melting from the frozen rhubarb, but it still jammed up pretty well.
