I used Kerrygold unsalted butter and ended up using my blender bc my mini food processor was a bit too small and they turned out great. Will be making again!

This recipe is perfect. These delectable crunchy edges and soft buttery insides are the perfect treat with coffee or tea.
I wish I could include a photo. I used a walnut and bourbon coarse sugar on top. Thank you for this recipe! My family and friends will absolutely love this!!! πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

I had pastel coarse sugar sprinkles on hand, and they look so festive! I actually had to increase the baking time to 40 min….i am at altitude in Colorado, which may be why. I used salted butter and omitted the salt. Nevertheless, they are delicious!

I’ve seen other Ted Lasso (Biscuits with the Boss) recipes and they do not include almond extract or even almond paste (which is what I will use for mine when I make them, finely shredded into the mix). I have ordered the pink boxes so all I have to do now is make this recipe!

Any thoughts on why and how to fix? I used Kerrygold unsalted. They were still incredibly rich and crumbly and delicious.

Hi Carol! Yes these absolutely can be! Bake them as directed, cool completely and cut into your desired sized cookies. You can then either drizzle them with melted chocolate or melt chocolate and dip the cookies! Place on parchment or wax paper to let the chocolate fully set before stirring!
