Hi Shan! You could totally brown the butter–it would be delicious. I’d add an extra tablespoon of butter to account for the liquid loss!

I browned the butter (figured if I was melting it, why not brown it), and omg it’s the tastiest banana bread I’ve ever had. The combo of browned butter and the brown sugar – YUM. I had an extra overripe banana so I used 4 and thus had to bake for 60 mins.
