So, I was doubling the recipe, but then – oh no! – I accidentally quadrupled the flour! I was gonna toss it and chalk it up to another loss from me being more of a cook than a baker. Then I thought, why not throw it in the oven anyway and see if it just turns out more like a cake than brownies? I baked it on 350 for about – I wanna say an hour and a half? BOOM! Perfect fudgey brownies! I ask you, how does that even happen? CHEMISTRY IS SO WEIRD! Not only was there double the flour in it that I intended, but I baked them LONGER! What is happening?! Great recipe. Love it ๐Ÿ˜˜
